The UAA welcomes all who are interested in art & photography, learning about art, and creating and displaying their art to join our Association. Visitors are welcome to attend our meetings.

EXHIBITION DATES
The exhibition will be on public display from March 7 - April 15, 2025.

ELIGIBILITY
Submission of your entry indicates acceptance of the rules of the show. Open to members of UAA. Only original work created by the entrant are eligible. No early or late entries accepted. No refunds. Utica Art Association reserves the right to reject copies, or entries improperly prepared or not in good taste.

ENTRIES DUE
Deliver on Tusday 4, 2025, 4 – 5pm at the Cogar Gallery in Herkimer College Robert McLaughlin College Center, 100 Reservoir Rd., Herkimer, NY. Fill out the Entry Forms. Form 1 is presented with Entry Fee, attach Form 2 to reverse upper corner of art, Form 3 is your receipt and Pick Up date reminder.

FEES
$10 for one entry, $5 each for second & third entries. Utica Art Association (UAA) memberships are $20for individuals, $30 for couples, $150 for lifetime membership, and $8 for students. The UAA will acceptnew memberships and renewals with your entry fee.

FRAMES
All hanging works must be suitably framed or gallery wrapped, and wired for hanging, clip hangers are not acceptable.

SIZE LIMIT
Maximum outside dimensions of art/frame are 36” wide x 48” high. Free standing sculptures are limited to36”w/ 6 ft high. Pedestal Sculptures limited to approx. 30 lbs.

SALES
All entries considered for sale unless listed “not for sale” (NFS). If NFS provide value. Cogar Gallery does not charge a fee for works sold during the show. The UAA requests artists donate 10% of net proceeds to theUtica Art Association and the Cogar Gallery. Artists shall assume the responsibility of the sale, packaging,and shipping of works sold. (All work must remain on display until the end of the show.)

LIABILITY
The Utica Art Association and the Cogar Gallery do not assume liability for any work while on the premises or in transit.

REMOVAL OF WORK
No work may be removed before pickup time Tuesday, April 15, 2025, 4 – 5pm. THE GALLERY HAS NO STORAGE SPACE. A late fee of $10 may be charged if you fail to pick up your work or did not arrange to have someone else pick it up for you. Work may be picked up by an agent. Receipts required.

AWARDS
A judge will choose five Artistic Merit awards of $25 each; and one work for a $30 Best of Show Award.
